If you are having issues with your product or require face-to-face support, you can book an appointment for RMA with our friendly and experienced team.
- To reduce waiting time, it is highly encouraged to schedule an appointment for RMA via our RMA portal before heading down to our service centre.
- The duration needed for RMA is subjective on a case-to-case basis.
- Do not bring your whole computer system, to avoid incurring extra charges.
Steps to Submit RMA Request
Step 1: Visit RMA Portal
Visit our RMA portal at https://warranty.tech-dynamic.com. Next, register an account with us via social logins (Facbeook, Google) or by email.
Step 2: Proceed to Submit New RMA Request
Click on the "Submit New RMA Request" button to begin
Step 3: Complete the RMA Form
Enter your contact details followed by the product details, the issue faced, and the serial number of the product. Once complete, click on “save” to submit.

Step 4: Schedule A RMA Appointment With Us
You will receive an RMA case number and a calendar will appear to schedule an appointment with us. We encourage you to make an appointment to experience shorter waiting at our service centre.
Step 5: Await Appointment Confirmation
Once the appointment is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. Please bring down your RMA item on the day of your appointment.
